Comhairle nan Eilean Siar - Arts and Cultural Funding lists the various funding sources administered by CnES which not for profit/ properly constituted groups are eligible to apply to.
Awards for All
Awards for All gives grants of between £500 and £10,000 for people to take part in art, sport and community activities, and projects that promote education, the environment and health in the local community. Not-for-profit / voluntary and community sector groups, community councils, statutory bodies or schools can apply.

Scottish Government: Rural Priorities
Individuals, businesses and properly constituted groups can apply to this fund which is part of the Scottish Rural Development Programme. For more details please refer to Rural Development Contracts - Rural Priorities and Rural Priorities – Outer Hebrides – Regional Priorities.
Scottish Government: Third Sector Enterprise Fund
This funding package is composed of 3 schemes. The Scottish Investment Fund for established third sector organisations. The Third Sector Enterprise Fund for organisations at an earlier stage in enterprise development. The Social Entrepreneurs Fund which can support individual social entrepreneurs.
