Health Child and Adolescent Mental Health
Working in partnership with Local Authority and Children's services to provide a specialized mental health assessment and treatment service to children, young people and their families with mental health difficulties.

The service offers follow up support, physiotherapy, occupational, speech and language according to each childs individuals needs. As well as in-house therapy and outreach work in the community, the unit also offers support,advice and assistance.

Assessment and intervention for children who are having difficulties with the practical and social skills necessary for everyday activities e.g. eating, dressing etc. There are 2 Ots and they work closely with parents, schools etc.

This project provides a rapid response to a situation where a child or young person is involved in an incident and has offended is on the periphery of offending as a result of alcohol or drug misuse or is affected by domestic abuse.
