Following the last trip on
the Eriskay ferry, Convener Alex Macdonald paid
tribute to the work of the Eriskay ferrymen over the years.Pictures

Tens of vehicles joined the procession across the new Eriskay Causeway after the car ferry from South Uist made its final trip to and from the Island.
