A broad range of adult education courses leading to nationally recognised qualifications to citizens. Citizens may be eligible for help towards the cost of the courses.

Q: Where can I find out about art classes and courses taking place locally?   
Local community organisations often run their own programmes of art classes for adults and children. Please refer to Arts Event and Festivals and Galleries and Exhibitions for links to these organisations and on-line “What’s-on” Guides. An Lanntair in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis and Taigh Chearsabhagh in North Uist both run arts education programmes throughout the year.
