There are flights seven days a week to and from Stornoway Airport. Information on flights can be found at http://www.hial.co.uk. Stornoway airport provides a key access point to Lewis and the Outer Hebrides, with flights to and from Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow, and inter-island services connecting Lewis with Benbecula and Barra.
There are also ferry links, connecting the Outer Hebrides to Ullapool, Oban and Skye. The inhabited islands within the Outer Hebrides are connected by causeways and inter-island ferry links - http://www.calmac.co.uk/.
