Tenants Satisfaction Survey 2008

First indications are that there are some areas of our services where we are performing well and others where we can do better. It is already clear that the survey will provide some very useful and challenging information about what our tenants think about our services.

Each survey questionnaire that was returned was entered into a prize draw. This was drawn on Friday 19 September 2008 in HHP’s main office in Stornoway.

The first prize winner of £100 was picked by our Chair George Lonie

The winner was Catherine Macdonald of Keith Street, Stornoway

The second prize winner of £50 was picked by our Vice Chair David Blaney

The winner was Allan Campbell of Parkend.

Both winners have been notified by post and will collect their cheques in person from our offices.
