Part-time Allocations Assistant (5 Mornings, 17.5hrs) - Stornoway

Salary £15828 - £16932 (Plus Distance Islands Allowance)

An opportunity has now arisen to work for Hebridean Housing Partnership in the role of Allocation's Assistant. In this post you will be responsible for providing support to the Allocations Officer in all administrative and clerical duties associated with the operation of the Partnership’s allocation policy. You will also be required to provide a high quality customer focused service to applicants for housing and to our tenants.

You will hold a current driving license and have a car available for your duties.

You will need to understand the sensitivity and confidentiality related to the work of this post and be able to operate in frequently pressured circumstances.

The post will be a fixed term contract: 1 year initially, Monday – Friday.
