Isle of Harris Sports Centre
This state of the art Sports Centre was opened in 2004 as a provision for the local community and since then has also gone on to be a main tourist attraction for visitors to the island. The Sports Centre has been nominated for the last two years in the finals of the ‘Who Cares Wins’ Customer Service awards, winning the prize for excellence in 2007.
The Facility consists of a 16.5m swimming pool, sauna/spa and gym. The gym is equipped with TechnoGym cardio-vascular and strength training equipment. The activities at the centre include swimming lessons, snorkelling, lane swimming, circuit training, swim club, spinning, underwater hockey, aquacise and kayaking plus much more. We are located at Sir E Scott School, West Tarbert.
