First Time Users
The Online Payments service at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is provided in conjunction with Capita, the UK’s leading business process outsourcing and professional services company.
Capita provides a secure site for taking your payment details. This means that at no time are your debit card details known to or stored by the Council.
The payments process is straightforward. Additioanl help is available via an 'Information and Payment Help' option.
Browser Requirements
To ensure that your card details remain secure, you will only be able to make online payments if you have Internet Explorer 5.5 or above installed on your PC.
What can I pay online?
You may make a variety of payments using this secure service with most major credit or debit cards (not Diners Card or American Express).
Currently, the following accounts are payable online:

| Miscellaneous | Payment of Licensing fees |
| HHP Housing Rents | Hebridean Housing Partnership rent payments |
