Customer Feedback Sought For Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais

Comhairle nan Eilean Siar has introduced a customer feedback system to gather the views of visitors to Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais.

The staff team have worked together over the past month to devise a feedback form to offer customers the opportunity to give their opinion on using the facility. This ranges from the welcome and information provided on arrival, the friendliness of staff to more practical, yet important aspects of the experience like the cleanliness of the facility.

Emma Macsween, Principal Officer for Sport and Health commented “we hope the feedback from our customers will help us become more focused on the service we provide. The feedback will give us a clearer understanding of how we are perceived by our customers and give us a focus for the future and the improvements we need to make to the service we offer.”

The staff are hoping they can rely on their regular users and visitors of the centre to aid them in improvement and ask for facility users to look out for the feedback cards, complete one and pop it into the boxes placed around the centre.
