Point Agricultural Show

Saturday 14th July

The Waste Aware Team went to the Point Agricultural Show on Saturday the 14th July at Aird School. The day began rather cloudy and rainy but cleared up just in time for the Lewis Pipe Band to open the show. A huge crowd turned out to support the event and a large number came over to the Waste Aware Unit and spent a couple of minutes filling out our quick organic questionnaire and received a free organic bin liner for their effort.
