Stornoway Primary (P5A) - Thursday 15th September

Rona came to Stornoway for the week so Sharon took her to Stornoway Primary School to meet class 5A and tell them about the Reduce Reuse Recycle message. The children already recycle their paper in school and quite a few of them told the Team they recycle at home with the Kerbside Collection. Some of the class were familiar with SiarGlass after seeing it in family and friends gardens!

After playing a very competitive game and quiz, the winning team were happy to receive notepads from the Team, which were made from recycled rubber tyres and recycled paper. The other teams got recycled keyrings.
