| Tong Playgroup
Tuesday 13th June
The Waste Aware Team visited the children at Tong Playgroup on Tuesday 13th June 2006. The children were very keen to start recycling in the recycling bank next door to their nursery, opposite Tong School.
The children all listened very well to a story about recycling, followed by a play session with the Waste Aware doll and recycle lorries. The group hopes to visit the new Recycling Centre once it has been completed after the summer holidays.
Two special bins were given to the playgroup to recycle their Paper, Plastics, Cans and Glass and the Waste Aware Team wish them luck with their recycling scheme.
