The Waste Aware Mobile Unit was taken out on the road for the first time in 2006. Sharon and Marina took it to the Stornoway Primary annual Fun Day where there was lots of fun and games for all the family.

Despite the cold and drizzly weather, there were many visitors to the unit and lots of the children spent their time playing the Waste Aware recycling computer games.

It was a great afternoon for the Team and they look forward to attending the Stornoway Primary fun day again next year.
