Stoneybridge Primary School

Sharon and Christine travelled to Uist to pay Stoneybridge School a second Waste Aware visit to refresh their memories on Recycling!

The pupils have been recycling all their paper, cans, glass and plastics over the last 2 years and all say they enjoy doing it. They also told the Team about all the items they reuse as much as possible, both in school and at home, so there is less rubbish to recycle or throw away. One girls mother even makes things such as beautiful jewelry and dishes from used glass bottles and jars!

Sharon and Christine were very impressed with all their stories and enthusiasm on Reduce Reuse Recyle!
