Inside a Viking House
Most houses were about 6m wide and 15m long. They lasted about 30 years and then were torn down and rebuilt.
There were no windows just a hole in the roof or at the top of each wall to let the smoke out.

Inside were beds, a fire with a cooking pot hanging over it, a loom, a table and some stools.
