Well done!! We had almost half the pupils in the school running on Saturday!!!!!
Not only did we have a fantastic turnout we had THREE individual winners and, in the Schools Cup competition, the school are leading in the U11 Girls race and third in the U9 Boys race! Keep up the good work at the next race in January!

The course was hilly and muddy and a bit longer than the first race - but it seemed to suit us!

In the U9 Girls race, Leah and Rebecca did really well to improve on their first race (Rebecca by an amazing 12 places!) and Zoe ran strongly to stay ahead of three Stornoway Primary runners.

Stuart has obviously been watching his brother! He ran brilliantly and, in the closest finish of the day, he managed a fantastic downhill sprint to win the race by just one second!

Catriona and Campbell had really strong competition in their races! They both had to work much harder to stay ahead than in their last races but the both showed a superb burst of speed as they sprinted down the hill to victory! Three wins on the day!

What a turnout! Nearly half the school took part!
