Vulnerable Adults

The Social Work Department has compiled a procedure entitled ‘Protecting Vulnerable Adults in the Western Isles’.  This procedure gives advice and guidance to members of staff who suspect that a vulnerable adult has been abused in some way, or neglected, or not properly cared for (or some other type of concern).  A copy of this procedure is available at the Social Work offices listed on the Social Work home page of this website.
