Traffic Regulation Orders
Introduction
This section provides access to Traffic Regulation Orders made by Comhairle nan Eilean Siar in exercise of its powers in terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Traffic Regulation Orders deal with the whole range of provisions around traffic regulation including speed limits, parking and prohibitions on waiting.
The Comhairle works closely with Northern Constabulary in the development and implementation of Traffic Regulation Orders.

Please note that this section is currently under development. It contains Orders made since April 2009. Earlier Orders will be added in due course but can be viewed in hard copy at the Comhairle’s Office at Sandwick Road, Stornoway.
