Tell Us Once (Registration of Death)
When you have had bereavement there are a number of government departments and council services that need to be told. Up until now you have had to notify all these departments individually. The Tell Us Once service aims to reduce the number of local and central government departments that bereaved relatives have to contact.
Tell Us Once will be offered automatically when you call to book an appointment with the Registration service. Please book in advance. It is an optional service but most people choose to use this service as it saves them time at a stage in their lives when they are dealing with bereavement.
