These works are part of the Comhairle’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the road infrastructure across the Western Isles.

This phase of the resurfacing programme will be undertaken by Breedon Hebrides and will affect the following streets on the dates listed:

• A866 Stoneyfield Junction – 16 June
• A866 Sandwick Road – 16–25 June
• Church Street – 17–19 June
• Keith Street – 18–27 June
• Goathill Road – 18 June–1 July
• Creed Park – 19 June–4 July
   

To ensure the safety of the public and the efficiency of the works, residents and visitors are kindly asked not to park vehicles on these streets during the scheduled works and follow suggested diversion routes. Temporary traffic management measures will be in place, however some disruption should be expected.
