Notice is hereby given under section 11(9) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 (“the Act”) that on 16th July 2025, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar granted an Order to exempt the following land from the access rights which would otherwise be exercisable in respect of that land by virtue of Part 1 of the Act:

Applicant name: Eilean Dorcha Festival Ltd
Reason for exemption: The holding of Eilean Dorcha Festival, an event and licensed venue for which an entry fee is to be levied and safety measures shall be required to be put in place during this period and the surrounding period.
Period of exemption: 12am Friday 25th July 2025 to 12am Sunday 27th July 2025.
