If you would like more information or would like to apply for an assessment, please contact your local Community Care office as listed below. For most services, we have to carry out an assessment of need to help us find out what your needs are and what services could help with these.

Opening Hours
All Community Care and Criminal Justice offices are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Emergency Contact
If you need to contact us about an emergency when our offices are closed, please contact our Out of Hours Service on 01851 701702. They deal with emergencies for the whole of the Western Isles.
