Adult Social Care
Older People Outcomes include Older people are independent for longer and Older people are able to stay in their own homes if they wish. Adult social care services affect these outcomes as the service offers a range of different support which enables older adults to be safe and stay independent for longer and to meet the increasingly complex care and support needs presented within the Outer Hebrides ageing population.
