Child Employment

Question

I would like to obtain the most recent copies of:

1. Your local authority Byelaws in respect of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937.
2. Your local authority "child employment" work permit application form, or equivalent.
3. Any other documentation published by your local authority related to children in employment e.g. guidance for parents, schools, adolescents or employers.

If any of the information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs as appropriate.
