1. How many school pupils were in your council area in both of the requested years, broken down by primary school and secondary school? (2014/15 & 2015/16 ) – 26 Schools = 22 Primary Schools, 2 Primary and Secondary Schools, 2 Secondary Schools
2. How many free school meals were provided in both of the requested years, broken down by primary and secondary school? We don’t record free school meals separately from total meal numbers
3. How many school meals were paid for by pupils/parents in both of the requested years, broken down by primary and secondary school? Total number of meals sold either free or paid in 2014-15 - 244,340 secondary 226,860 primary. To end of December 2015 - 161,158 Secondary 152,473 Primary.
4. What was the total cost of providing school meals in both of the requested years, including labour, broken down by primary and secondary school? The meal cost for 2014-15 was £3.57. Year to date £3.73 across all schools
