1. What is the name of your budgeting and forecasting system? Civica Financials

2. Does your budgeting and forecasting system add on to your FMS (financial management system) or is it a standalone system? It is a module of our FMS.

3. When was your budgeting and forecasting system purchased (please provide the exact date if possible)? The system was purchased in August 2009 and went live the following April. Budget Module introduced later than the main modules.

4. What is the cost of annual support and maintenance for your budgeting and forecasting system? We don’t have a separate cost for the Budgeting Module, it is included as part of the main FMS contract.

5.  Is your financial department currently in a shared service arrangement, if so; who with? No

6.  Is your IT department currently part of a shared service arrangement, if so; who with? No

7.  Do you currently have a works order management system, if yes, what is the name of this system? Yes we do have a works order management system and it is called Uniform.
