3. Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when? Upgrades for systems are scheduled by the provider throughout the year and implemented by our teams at that time.
4. Are you planning to go to market for a different Finance, Procurement, HR & Payroll system? If so, when? Approximately 2 years before contract end dates
5. How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the council? HR/Payroll – 55 users, Authority Financials (includes Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Purchasing) – 384 users, Purchasing only – 71 users

Finance system – Norman Macdonald, Head of Accoutancy and Customer Services
HR/Payroll – Helen Mackenzie, Head of Procurement and Exchequer Services
