Stornoway Primary Report

Question

I have endeavoured to obtain a copy of a report on Stornoway Primary.  I am now requesting a copy of the report under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act and would appreciate you treating this e-mail as a formal request under the provisions of the Act.   The report concerns conditions at Stornoway Primary with specific reference to the gym provision.
 
I would like the report in its entirety, as originally drafted, and not any summary.
