Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 - Section 28  

We would be obliged if you can provide us with the following details in regards to Orders that have been made by Western Isles Council under the legislation listed above:  

• Orders that remain extant as at 5th February 2018

If possible we would be grateful if you were able to supply us with maps showing the extent of the Tree Preservation orders.

There are two Tree Preservation Orders within the Comhairle’s local authority area.

These are:
The Creed River Tree Preservation Order No. 1 (1998) (Adj, to Creed River, Marybank, Stornoway)
Matheson Road Area Tree Preservation Order No. 10 (1967) (Matheson Road area, Stornoway)

Scanned copies of each plan which relate to the TPOs area are attached.
