Primary School Deferrals

Question

I would like access to the following information:

 
1.    Data on the number of Primary School Deferral applications made from 2013 – 2018.

2.    Data on the number of Primary School Deferral applications that we successful from 2013 -2018.

3.    Data on the reasons for rejection and/or approval of Primary School deferral applications from 2013 - 2018.  

4.    Data on the criteria applied in decision-making regarding Primary School deferral processes from 2013 - 2018.  Please include any guidance/ protocols/ procedures used in this process.

5.    Data on the number of appeals on decision-making regarding deferral applications from 2013 - 2018.

6.    Data on the number of complaints on decision-making regarding deferral decisions from 2013 - 2018.  

7.    Data on children withdrawn from Primary one and reasons for this, for these children were deferral applications made?


Please note that I refer to the definition of Deferral to be the request to the Council for an additional year’s funding for Nursery.

Can the data be separated for gender and birth month?
