How many children are in the care of the Local Authority, for whom the Local Authority is the corporate parent.

-        Total number,

-        are EU, EEA or Swiss national citizens,

-        have made applications to the EU Settled Status Scheme,

-        have made applications for British Citizenship,

-        have received settled status,

-        have received pre-settled status.

 

How many children accommodated by a local authority (I.e. under s.25 Children (Scotland) Act 1995):

-        Total number,

-        are EU, EEA or Swiss national citizens,

-        have made applications to the EU Settled Status Scheme,

-        have made applications for British Citizenship,

-        have received settled status,

-        have received pre-settled status.

 

Young people entitled to leaving care support under s.29-20 Children (Scotland) Act 1995 as amended by s.66 Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014

-        Total number,

-        are EU, EEA or Swiss national citizens,

-        have made applications to the EU Settled Status Scheme,

-        have made applications for British Citizenship,

-        have received settled status,

-        have received pre-settled status.

The Comhairle have no children who: are EU, EEA or Swiss national citizens,  have made applications to the EU Settled Status Scheme,  have made applications for British Citizenship,  have received settled status,  have received pre-settled status.   

I would be grateful if you could please confirm whether you still require the total number of children who fall into the following categories and if they do, at what date.
