If you are coming for an interview, please be advised of the following:
You can bring a friend or representative with you to your interview
You can request an interview with a member of staff of either sex and we will try to arrange this for you
You should let us know if you have any speech or hearing difficulties
It is important that you give us as much accurate information about your situation as possible. It is an offence under Section 40 of the Housing (Scotland) Act Part II as amended to give false or misleading information in connection with your homelessness application
You must advise us as soon as possible if there is any change to your situation
You have the right to appeal any decision made on your application and any offer of temporary or permanent accommodation made to you
What you tell us is confidential, and we will only share information with your consent unless you divulge something which we have a legal duty to pass on e.g. child protection issues
